Tooth Replacement

Single Tooth Implant
When a tooth is missing, a dental implant can be a great choice for replacing it. An implant is a small titanium post that replaces the roots of a missing tooth and supports a custom-made crown.

An implant fitted with a crown effectively replaces a missing tooth. The implant is held firmly in the jawbone, so it feels much like your natural teeth when you talk and chew. The crown is custom crafted match or enhance your smile. A dental implant is a great way to keep your jawbone healthy, to stop neighboring teeth from shifting, and to maintain a stable bite.

Three-Unit Bridge
When a tooth is missing, a three-unit bridge can be a good choice for replacing it. In a three-unit bridge, an artificial tooth is connected on each end to crowns. The crowns are placed over the neighboring teeth to hold the bridge in place.

Three-unit bridges have several advantages. They
Replace teeth for biting and chewing
Assist in clear speech
Help prevent teeth from shifting
Are supported by crowns that can serve as restorations for neighboring teeth that have damage or decay.

Conventional Dentures
When all your upper or lower teeth are missing, a full denture is a good treatment for replacing them. With proper home care and regular adjustments and relines, your denture can provide a functional bite and a natural-looking smile.

Dentures have many benefits. When your natural teeth are missing, dentures enable you to eat nutritious foods more easily and to speak more clearly. In addition, they support your lips and cheeks for a more attractive and youthful appearance.

Partial Dentures
When many teeth in your upper and lower arch are missing, a partial denture is a good treatment for replacing them. Conventional partials are removable appliances that are held in place by clasps that fit around some of the remaining teeth.

With proper home care and regular adjustments and relines, your partial denture can provide a functional bite and a natural-looking smile.
